Job Description Project Engineer - Site Development / Public Works Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc., is a privately owned civil contracting firm that performs work in the public and private market, specializing in clearing, grading, underground water/utility, roadway, and wastewater plant construction throughout the Southeast. If you have experience working in the heavy civil construction industry as a Site Prep Project Engineer, or want to grow that experience, this role will be a great fit.
