This position is responsible for supervising a staff of handypersons and porters, working in an on-call capacity during off hours and utilizing the work order system to care for issues and damages in tenant apartments. The superintendent works in concert with property management staff to make sure the buildings represent that mission of Project Find to provide quality services to tenants. The daily, weekly and monthly duties of the superintendent job shall be prescribed by the Director of Facilities Maintenance.
