Overview The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will be part of a team that is designing and building the next generation of business intelligence tools that will support management and users with the data and information necessary to make informed business decisions. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of BI tools and techniques and the experience to apply them. He/she must demonstrate a high degree of curiosity about the business processes and their underlying data. The Candidate to be successful must also have the self-motivated drive, attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and a passion for solving hard problems as quickly as possible.Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain models, dashboards, scripts and reports using Dimensional Insight BI Tools (Workbench), • Troubleshoot, analyze to root cause and resolve technical issues associated with BI tools, data flow and reporting operations, • Develop and maintain a solution/framework for provisioning data for consumption by business users who create BI, • Follow data standards, resolve data issues, perform/complete unit testing and complete system documentation for data extraction, transform and load (ETL) processes, • Work and collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts and end-users to deliver on strategic and tactical data and analytics initiatives. Qualifications, • BS in Computer Science or a related field required (or equivalent experience), • 2-4 years of experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytical Solutions, • Excellent knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, particularly Dimensional Insight’s Diver, Architecture, Administration and data modelling required, • Strong SQL Skills required, • Must have an understanding of BI tools in-memory data discovery architecture, • Must be highly proficient in MS Excel The Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors. Job Description RMA of NJ is seeking a REI Medical Administrative Coordinator in our Springfield location. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Job Purpose: The REI Coordinator carries out administrative duties, assists nurses with patient checklists, and ensures all proper documentation for patients have been collected and more. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: • Facilitates the planning and implementation of patient care with the other multidisciplinary teams to coordinate total patient care., • Assists Nurses with completion of patient checklists., • Utilizes EMR to make sure all required testing, cycle consents, consults and procedures have been done and that appropriate progress notes have been recorded or records uploaded to patient’s file., • Writes patient letters and letters of medical necessity., • Notarizes practice consents or documents as a complimentary service to the patients., • Covers Clinical Assistant and Patient Services duties as needed., • Initiates Prior Authorization with insurance companies for testing., • High School Diploma acceptable with appropriate hands-on clinical experience, • Studies level: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), • Associate Degree and/or CMA certification – preferred, • Studies level: Certification, • Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-physician practice (three or more physicians) with proven work experience in both clinical and administrative areas, • Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred, • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office). Keyboard skills of 25 words required., • Experience with medical office software program(s) (EMR’s) preferred.
