Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Salary/Pay Rate: $28-31/ hour, depending on specialty and experience Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match, yearly bonus Job Title Duties (not limited to): • Implement patient treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist., • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training., • Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions., • Provide patient education on exercises and techniques to support recovery at home., • Ensure treatment areas and equipment are prepared, clean, and safe., • Communicate patient needs and progress with supervising Physical Therapist and healthcare team., • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards., • Participate in ad hoc projects to support departmental and organizational goals. Maintain Licensure or Certification: • Current CPR/BLS certification required., • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required: • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required., • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to follow treatment plans and instructions accurately., • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, medical terminology, and patient safety practices.
