With a 56-bed capacity and 24/7 medical support, we specialize in primary mental health treatment. We are looking for therapists who thrive in a team-based, client-centric environment. Is this you? Read on! Pay Rate: Starting Pay for Associate Level License (APC, LMSW, MSW) 55, 000. For Full Licensure (LPC, LCSW), salary will start at 60,000. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00PM - 9:00PM What we are looking for in a Primary Therapist: Dunwoody Behavioral Health Center, LLC is seeking a licensed professional for a primary therapist position. Acceptable licensure includes: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (APC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMCW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Responsibilities of a Primary Therapist: • Utilize counseling and psychotherapy to evaluate and treat emotional and mental barriers to health, • Assess need and make decisions regarding the delivery of the appropriate individual, group, and family counseling., • Conduct interviews and make assessments of potential clients to determine need and appropriateness for program participation and referrals, • Analyze situations and take necessary actions to provide crisis intervention., • Interpreting and implementing procedures appropriately regarding crisis intervention., • Provide direct counseling services, • Assess and monitor client behavior, • Create individual treatment and service plans., • Report to Clinical Director any unusual incidents that should be brought to the attention of the program director, • Embrace and embody the mission, vision, and goals of Southern Live Oak Wellness, LLC., • Ability to work independently and as a group, • High level of initiativeMinimum Qualifications for a Primary Therapist:, • Minimum 1 year experience with high acuity mental health clients, • Must have the following Licensure or certification: LPC, LAPC, LMSW, LCSW, • 3-5 year of experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment, • Ability to lead group sessions and conduct individual and Family Therapy sessions., • CPI and CPR/FA training highly desiredWhy Join DBHC as a Primary Therapist?Joining DBHC means joining a mission-driven team that values compassion, innovation, and growth.
