YOUR ROLE AS A PASTRY SOUS CHEF The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the pastry department in a professional kitchen. This role involves managing the production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring high quality and consistency.
