About You You bring 3 to 5 years of litigation experience and a consistent ability to stay organized, accurate, and proactive. You support attorneys with dependable follow-through, manage details with care, and maintain a clear and structured approach to your work. You communicate professionally, adapt when priorities shift, and contribute positively to a team environment. You take pride in delivering high quality support and working collaboratively toward shared goals. Responsibilities • Work closely with attorneys on litigation matters, • Perform legal research and gather supporting information, • Prepare court forms and ensure they are complete and compliant, • Assist with court ordered accountings and related documentation, • Prepare litigation binders and organize case materials systematically, • Maintain and manage the litigation calendar with attention to every detail, • Draft, proofread, and format litigation documents to firm standards, • Coordinate client communications and collect required information, • Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and deadlines Skills for Success • Strong litigation drafting and proofreading skills, • Legal research capability and accuracy in information gathering, • Ability to track deadlines across multiple matters without oversight, • High level of organization and systemic work habits, • Professional communication with clients, courts, and attorneys, • Ability to support multiple attorneys while keeping work moving forward, • Cooperative, attentive, and solutions-oriented work style, • A starting salary of $80,000 is offered, with additional consideration given to candidates with deeper litigation experience or advanced technical skills, • Bonus opportunity, • Paid vacation/PTO/Sick Days, • Paid Holidays, • 401k (upon eligibility) with match, • Health insurance stipend Why Join Us This is an opportunity to work with a team that truly values professionalism, kindness, and excellence.
