SUMMARY The Automobile Warranty Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing warranty and after-sales claims to ensure compliance with company policies and OEM standards. This role serves as a key liaison between OEM teams, dealers, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient resolution of claim issues. JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Report to the Warranty Manager and support daily warranty and claim processing activities in compliance with company policies and OEM requirements., • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, OEMs, and suppliers to facilitate claim submission, status tracking, and issue resolution., • Act as a liaison with Headquarter Aftersales team to ensure alignment with the latest policies and requirements, and support coordination and follow-up on high-value or critical claims., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim data in the internal system, ensuring completeness and proper documentation., • Prepare regular reports on claim status, including claim volume, aging, approval rate, and reimbursement tracking., • Follow up on pending or rejected claims by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution and payment recovery., • Support supplier-related claims by verifying documentation and assisting with submission and tracking processes., • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Service, Finance, Quality, Engineering) to ensure claim accuracy and process efficiency. Basic Skills Required: • Minimum of three years of experience within Automotive Service Industry required (Technician/Mechanic, Service Advisors, Parts Advisor), • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)., • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)., • 1-2 years of warranty claim experience, preferably in the commercial automobile (bus/truck) industry., • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex warranty contracts and guidelines., • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)., • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Knowledge of vehicle systems (e.g., drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, suspension)., • Experience working with OEMs, dealers, or automotive service., • Familiarity with after-sales claims processing systems or work order platforms.
