As Local Manager, you will create the magic by overseeing daily operations for our photo operations and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at your venue. The ideal candidate will also lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Our Local Manager Will Also • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies, • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success, • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members, • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled, • Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner, • Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and is maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets, • Verify DAILY bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are w/financial paperwork, • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service, • Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations, • Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability, • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery, • Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location, • Other duties required/assigned as detailed in Employment Agreement What We’re Looking For • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership, • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions, • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling, • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must, • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training, • Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed Knowledge, Experience & Skill • At least 18 years of age, • High School Diploma Required, • Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred, • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time What Else Can You Expect • A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment, • Career advancement opportunities, • Flexible schedule, • Referral program, • One free photo package for friends and family per staff member, • Must be used 2 weeks after the close of each season We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. We provide excellent benefits for all Full Time & Part Time Employees.Job Summary, • Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment., • Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations., • Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment., • Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members., • Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members daily performance., • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions., • Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses., • Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs., • Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage., • Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed., • Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status.Experience:, • College education preferred, but not required., • Management and/or Sales experience required., • Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook), • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously., • Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices., • Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills., • Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures., • Team building skills., • Ability to prioritize and delegate.Physical Requirements:, • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time., • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment., • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes., • Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors., • Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
