Job Description Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Plant Operations Leader. This role is responsible for overseeing 24/7 manufacturing operations in a high-performance facility. The leader will ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to align plant operations with strategic business objectives.
