About the Role A well-established provider of Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a full-time Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead its hospice program in the Greater Los Angeles area. This executive leadership position holds overall clinical management responsibility and ensures the successful delivery of care to patients and families. The DPCS acts as a liaison between the Administrator, clinical staff, patients, families, and the community. This role supervises clinical teams, including team managers, contracted services, on-call, and continuous care staff. The DPCS also plays a key role in hiring, staff retention, quality assurance, training, and patient advocacy.
