Qualifications • 5+ years of construction field experience, with significant experience as a Superintendent., • Experience working on Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Laboratory, Healthcare, or Advanced Manufacturing projects., • Experience managing complex construction projects in active or highly regulated environments., • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing., • Experience coordinating HVAC systems, process piping, electrical systems, controls, and other building/process systems., • Experience with cleanrooms, controlled environments, GMP facilities, or laboratory construction strongly preferred., • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and process drawings., • Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices., • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously., • Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning., • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore preferred., • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
