The base salary range for this role is $315,000 to $335,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Job Summary: Provides empathetic pharmacy consulting services to patients regarding the effective use of medications and drug interaction awareness. Offers preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcome services. Ensures prescribed medications are compounded, reviewed, dispensed, and verified accurately according to regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures. Manages an efficient pharmacy workflow and improves pharmacy financials, manages inventory effectively, and enhances patient experience. Manages pharmacy staff performance and engagement. Overview Provides direct psychiatric evaluation, medical health assessment and intervention to clients admitted to Behavioral Health programs. Job Description The Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology Service is critical to the lifesaving work we do at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, providing timely diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning of diseases in companion animals. As a Diagnostic Imaging technician, you'll operate our computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines to obtain quality images for our radiologists and other board-certified specialists across the hospital. Our team is led by two highly experienced dentists (including one who is board certified), one resident, and supported by a team of experienced technicians and assistants. The applicant must be board eligible or board certified in Dentistry and eligible for licensure in New York State. About Dentistry at AMC The dentistry suite has 4 workstations each equipped with Midmark Canis Major wet tables and VetPro5000 dental units. Each table has Berchold LED surgical lighting, Mindray anesthesia monitors, large high detail monitors above each table for radiographs, Bair Huggers and electrocautery units. We currently have three modalities for dental imaging including PS-2 direct #2 sensors, a ScanX Duo indirect scanner system with sizes 0-4 plates, and a VetCAT cone beam CT, along with access to the fully staffed radiology department's ultrasound, plain radiography, MRI and CT capability. The suite is also equipped with a Sirona X-Smart IQ handpiece and a lightspeed Elements motor and handpiece including the full complement of rotary files. The Dentistry Service is busy with a wide range of cases including maxillofacial trauma, orthodontics and oral surgical oncology. The AMC is currently undergoing a $100 million renovation and the new surgical floor will be equipped with an operatory appropriate for performing oral surgeries, opening in 2024. We provide intensive support and services to 3,500+ survivors and children every year and reach 10,000+ community members through community events and preventive education workshops. We are dedicated to developing innovative programs that meet the complex needs of our diverse community and that align with our organizational values. Moriviv Residential Program is a 51 bed scattered site safe dwelling. The goal of this program is to provide short term, emergency shelter for people fleeing domestic violence. Program staff work with each participant to develop an individualized action plan that connects them to support services and helps them secure permanent housing. Supportive services include: counseling, support groups, case management, childrens services, referrals for educational/vocational facilities, job preparation and health promotion for women and children. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings. In addition to acting as VIPs primary coordinator to assure that all efforts are fully met and exceed contractual obligations (programmatic and administrative) and direct the day-to-day activities of risk management, safety/security, maintenance and client move-in/turn-over. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring 24/7 services to all program participants and may also be called upon for late night and weekend assistance. The Program Director will be responsible for programmatic oversight, staff supervision, establishing and maintaining partnerships and linkages with external agencies, and data reporting. This position will provide leadership to the program, supervising the staff and identifying opportunities for programmatic growth and improvement. • Responsible for day-to-day oversight of program deliverables and program staff, • Attending site visits, audits and any other departmental meetings as needed, • Reports Levels of Service for Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) and quarterly demographic report, • Conduct training, maintain departmental filings standards and make sure staff are working towards all proper certifications, • Generate write-ups/incident reports when staff are not complying with company standards, • Comply with all guidelines to protect confidential client documentation, maintain DOHMH correspondence, • Review clients charts/audit charts for efficiency ensuring staff is maintaining all filing standards, • Attend the manager’s meeting twice a month to relay any relevant information to departmental staff members, • Always demonstrate competence in a culturally competent manner Qualifications • High School diploma required. New York State Certified Peer Specialists certification (Active) - or must be Re-certified within 5 months of hiring., • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is a must., • Experience working with individuals that receive behavioral health services., • The ability to work as an effective team member is essential., • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation, • Knowledge of government entitlement programs and Support (IPS) supported employment model, with a minimum of one year of Human Services Experience and preferably one year experience managing staff., • Knowledge of AWARDS/Foothold a plus. Additional Notes, • Other duties may be assigned by the agency or Division Director. Ability to conduct community outreach with other non-profit agencies or advocacy groups in the community.
