About the department: Bassett Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit is a 14-bed critical care unit, supporting the critical care and needs of a network. Being this vital support for our rural community, and a trauma hospital, we utilize advanced treatments that rival large medical centers. We have close interaction with our providers, patients and their families. The Intensive Care unit is consistently hiring for Registered Nurses with various shift and position types available. What you'll do: The Registered Professional Nurse (RN), Acute Care in the Intensive Care unit is accountable for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process. The RN assesses, plans, delivers, coordinates, integrates, and evaluates nursing care related to patient’s needs. The RN contributes to the support of patients through interdisciplinary teamwork. What we need from you: Education: • 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing, required or..., • Vocational / Technical Diploma Professional Nursing Program, required or...
