The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. You will be a critical member in the development of an adaptive Tax department that continues to scale to support Joe & The Juice's growth goals. This is not just a support role — it is a critical part of keeping a high-volume sports, fitness, and aquatics facility operating safely. What You’ll Do Building Systems and Facility Maintenance • Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related facility equipment., • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, general repairs, and assigned maintenance tasks., • Troubleshoot facility issues and determine the appropriate next steps based on urgency, safety, and operational impact., • Respond promptly to maintenance concerns, including leaks, alarms, equipment issues, safety concerns, and building system needs., • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in mechanical rooms, work areas, and assigned common spaces., • Use appropriate tools, equipment, and safety practices when completing maintenance tasks., • Identify facility concerns early and communicate issues before they become larger operational problems.
