What You’ll Do: • Manage payroll cycles and benefits across multiple states, • Drive attorney and support staff recruiting pipelines, coordinate interviews, and manage job postings, • Serve as the go-to advisor for employee relations, HR policy questions, and workplace engagement, • Oversee multi-state HR compliance and support audits and reporting, • Lead onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate HRIS records, • Administer 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance, contributions, and annual testing, • Expand HR guidelines and best practices across firm departments, • Coordinate with outside counsel on employment-related matters, • Champion company culture and firm values through active leadership, • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll & benefits, • Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred, • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Highly discreet with sensitive employee information, • Willingness to research and track employment law updates across jurisdictions, • Ability to coordinate with internal leaders and external counsel At CFI Consultants, we take the complexity out of operations so legal professionals can focus on advocacy.
