Responsibilities include: • Greeting and checking in patients, • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments, • Confirming patient information and insurance details, • Communicating with doctors’ offices to obtain prescriptions, authorizations, and other required information, • Entering patient information accurately into the system, • Assisting patients with forms and general questions, • Managing faxes, emails, medical records, and incoming documents, • Following up with patients and referring physician offices, • Keeping the front desk organized and providing excellent customer service, • Assisting the office with other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: • Medical office, front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred, • Comfortable using computers and learning new software, • Strong phone and communication skills, • Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and professional, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, • Experience with medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorizations is a plus We are looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, dependable, and interested in growing with our office.
