Job Description LCSW Clinical Supervisor Friendly Connections, Inc. Detail: Available Times: Weekdays (daytime) (in office) Description Friendly Connections is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to hold a leadership role, overseeing staff, managing programs, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Who We Are: We are a 501(C)3 non profit that currently works with adults with Developmental Disabilities. We are expanding by opening a mental health division (in Matawan, NJ) to provide counseling services to all individuals. Responsibilities: • Provide counseling, • Provide leadership, training & mentorship to other clinicians responsibile for clincal supervision, • Oversee a group of clinicians to ensure compliance including monitoring documentation, • Provide supervision and guidance to other clinicians, • Service planning, • Hold a New Jersey LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist license, • LCSW with a minimum of five years experience in mental health services, • Two of those five years must be as a full-time supervisor., • Masters degree in a human services field, • Licensed to be able to provide services independently without supervisionCompany DescriptionWe are Friendly Connections, a New Jersey 501c-3 nonprofit organization that helps adults with special abilities.
