JOB RELATIONSHIPS: Responsible to: Nurse Manager Interrelationships: Must have an effective working relationship with co-workers, members of the medical community, patients, family and the community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: · Supervises nursing activities related to patient care and sets standards for accurate reporting and recording of patient’s symptoms, reactions and progress. · Provides input and standards in formulating patient care policy and procedures for the Center.
