We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Service BDC Representatives for current and future dealership opportunities. Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, emails, and appointment requests., • Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, diagnostics, warranty work, and customer-pay opportunities., • Follow up with customers regarding declined services, recommended maintenance, missed appointments, unsold repair recommendations, recalls, and retention campaigns., • Confirm appointments and help improve show rate, appointment volume, and customer retention., • Use dealership CRM, DMS, service scheduling tools, texting platforms, and phone systems., • Communicate professionally with customers, Service Advisors, Service Managers, Technicians, Parts Department, and BDC leadership., • Help manage online service leads, website requests, manufacturer leads, and customer inquiries., • Support service lane efficiency by gathering accurate customer, vehicle, and appointment information., • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records in dealership systems., • Provide a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience., • Follow dealership, manufacturer, customer communication, and privacy procedures. Qualifications • Previous automotive BDC, service BDC, call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred., • Strong phone, email, text, and customer communication skills., • Ability to schedule appointments, handle follow-up, and manage multiple customer conversations., • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail., • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership or call center environment., • Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills., • Experience with CRM, DMS, scheduling tools, texting platforms, or phone systems preferred., • Ability to work well with Service Advisors, Service Managers, BDC Managers, and dealership staff., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on dealership. Preferred Experience Experience with domestic, import, luxury, high-volume, service BDC, sales BDC, call center, and customer care environments is welcomed.
