Bus drivers are responsible for the safe delivery of students to and from school along set routes, adherence to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards, and daily vehicle inspections, among other duties. Responsibilities: • Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route., • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation., • Conduct post-trip vehicle inspections., • Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings., • Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image., • Must be 21 years or older, • Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving history, • Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months, • Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL, • Complete comprehensive training program STA is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants; returning military are strongly encouraged to apply. If you have a spotless driving record, a dependable vehicle and the drive to come through for people in need, please fill out our driver form to become one of our delivery contractors. • Drive with Purpose – important medical deliveries to people in need, • Drive packages, not people – never worry about who’s getting in your car, • Follow delivery routes and time schedules for accepted routes/jobs., • Deliver a variety of pharmaceuticals and equipment., • Use own vehicle to complete accepted delivery jobs., • Load and unload totes/bags., • Totes/bags are generally under 20lbs, • Handle delivery paperwork as instructed., • Use own smartphone to enter delivery information., • 21 or older., • Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, • No more than 3 combine at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the past 3 years, • Own your own vehicle. This route requires a 2011 or newer Sedan, SUV or Minivan., • Carry current vehicle insurance and can meet $100/300k Bodily Injury coverage minimum requirement., • Can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen., • Location may require you to obtain LLC if you do not already have one. #Tier3
