Job Description Executive Assistant to General Counsel – Exceptional Entertainment Firm $90–120K DOE + bonus eligible + comprehensive benefits Hours: 9am –6pm ET, onsite 5 days/week in Lower Manhattan An exciting opportunity for a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel and a small legal team within a fast-paced, globally recognized organization within entertainment. This role calls for a sharp, resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and understands the importance of confidentiality, precision, and responsiveness. What You’ll Do: • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel and a few members of the legal team, • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel; arrange flights, accommodations, car services, and prepare detailed itineraries, • Handle expense management and ensure timely submission of reports and reimbursements, • Print, prepare, and track signature documents; scan and distribute fully executed materials, • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders; handle logistics, room bookings, and materials, • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications with utmost professionalism and discretion, • Support light personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing invoices when needed, • Anticipate needs and proactively stay several steps ahead to ensure smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For: • Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives—preferably within Legal, Financial Services, or Entertainment, • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Strong attention to detail and organizational excellence in a fast-paced environment, • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace and efficiency, • Highly responsive, dependable, and solutions-oriented; calm under pressure, • Team player with a service-driven mindset and a “no task too small” attitude, • Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises sound judgment with sensitive materials You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
