We’re looking for an Experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Technicians and Apprentices. If you're a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of automotive service operations and a talent for coaching others, we want to hear from you. Pay $120,000 to $150,000 (Salary + Commission) • Lead and Mentor: Serve as the go-to expert for all Technicians and Apprentices, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise., • Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Monitor job progress to ensure timely, accurate, and fixed right the first-time repairs., • Customer-Focused Diagnostics: Road-test vehicles with Customers when needed to accurately identify concerns and build trust., • Workflow Management: Maintain a steady, efficient flow of work through the shop while upholding safety and cleanliness standards., • Handle Comebacks: Take ownership of all service comebacks, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction., • Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Shop Foreman in an automotive dealership or independent shop is required., • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and lead a team—formally or informally., • Strong Communicator: Able to clearly communicate with Technicians, Advisors, and Customers alike., • Process-Oriented: Solid understanding of warranty procedures, repair order documentation, and compliance standards., • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools to access and manage vehicle information.
