Job Description Regional Manager – Specialty Dental Organization Location: El Paso, TX Status: Full-Time (On-Site Required) Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000, • Performance-Based Incentives: Total compensation potential $85,000+, • 401(k) with employer match, • Medical insurance, • 3 weeks Paid Time Off, • 5 paid holidays, • Company car or mileage reimbursement We are seeking a highly driven and people-focused Regional Manager to oversee specialty dental operations in the El Paso market. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for supporting and driving performance across multiple specialty practices including oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening leadership within practices, building referral relationships, and partnering with marketing to grow B2B channels and increase patient flow. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can develop teams, drive accountability, and execute growth strategies in a specialty-focused environment. This is an on-site role requiring a strong presence in the El Paso market. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations across assigned specialty locations, • Ensure consistency in workflows, scheduling, and patient experience, • Build, coach, and develop strong Office Managers and practice leaders, • Establish accountability frameworks and performance expectations, • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure strong doctor leadership is in place across all locations, • Monitor production, collections, and key performance indicators, • Support P&L management and identify opportunities to improve profitability, • Develop and strengthen referral relationships within the local dental and specialist community, • Drive specialty referrals across oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics, • Partner closely with the marketing team to execute local growth strategies, • Support initiatives to drive B2B relationships and increase inbound patient volume, • Oversee supply ordering, inventory levels, and vendor coordination across locations, • Implement controls to reduce waste and manage costs effectively, • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service consistency, • Improve scheduling efficiency and patient flow, • Partner with the Director of Operations on strategic initiatives and execution, • Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities, • 3–7+ years of multi-location healthcare or dental operations experience, • Dental experience preferred; specialty experience strongly preferred, • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, • Strong understanding of referral-based business models and specialty workflows, • Experience partnering with marketing teams to drive growth and B2B relationships, • Exposure to P&L management and KPI-driven environments, • Experience with supply chain and inventory management preferred, • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred, • Strong leader with the ability to influence and develop teams, • Relationship-driven with a focus on building referral networks, • Operationally focused with a strong sense of accountability, • Growth-minded with the ability to execute on strategic initiatives, • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site specialty environment
