Along the way, Hop City has morphed into a fun hybrid of beer bar/wine bar/cocktail joint/craft retailer of all things fermented. With the 2017 opening of Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar, we are now in the restaurant business. With two new openings in 2019 the Hop City family is about to be six locations into its journey.
