This is an Day shift position with full time hours Sunday through Thursday Sunday hours 845am-445pm Mon through Thursday 745am-345pm Position Summary: The Concierge maintains a consistent professional and warm attitude over the telephone, greeting visitors, Elders and family members. The Concierge interacts, listens and engages in conversation with Elders, family and friends of Elders, employees, volunteers, and prospective Elders & family members with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The Concierge creates a hospitable environment in the lobby area and provides high quality service in a collaborative team effort. Responsibilities include: • Receives all persons who enter the campus in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff, or vendors respectfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the community., • Answers all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and redirects all calls as appropriate, answering questions promptly and courteously., • Welcome’s all persons who enter St. John’s in a courteous manner.
