Job DescriptionSalary: A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAAs National Airspace System (NAS) Enterprise Services Group (AJW-17). This role involves delivering program management, operational support, and technical assistance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of NAS modernization and support programs. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of program and project management support functions., • Task Order Management Support:, • Manage performance and serve as the focal point for program functions., • Provide comprehensive program support across multiple projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, outreach, tracking of deliverables, and coordination with FAA offices, other government agencies, and external partners., • Develop program documentation, including Statements of Work, Master Program Plans, and detailed schedules., • Collaborate with FAA host organizations to maintain and report program metrics., • Support budget formulation and track Funding and Expenditure (F&E) and Operational (OPS) funding lines, along with related financial management activities., • Evaluate acquisition processes and support risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) management., • Project and Administrative Support:, • Develop stakeholder engagement materials, briefings, white papers, and reports., • Facilitate meetings, compile agendas, record minutes, and track action items., • Create and maintain integrated master schedules for projects., • Provide support for correspondence, documentation preparation, and presentations., • Configuration & Knowledge Management (CM/KM) Support., • Assist with configuration and knowledge management tasks, including SharePoint administration, document management, and CM policy support., • Maintain and enhance Knowledge Services Network (KSN)/SharePoint sites., • Support lifecycle configuration management activities in accordance with FAA standards and acquisition lifecycle models., • Reporting Deliverables:, • Assist in the development of Program Management Plans (PMPs), project status reports, risk assessments, gap analyses, operational/functional requirements analyses, and transition plans., • Ensure that deliverables meet FAA acceptance standards for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness., • Government-furnished equipment (FAA-issued laptop, PIV card) will be provided., • Some travel is required for operational site assessments, meetings, and risk testing (primarily within the continental United States, including Washington, DC, and Atlantic City, NJ). Qualifications: • At least 20 years of experience in program or project analysis, preferably within federal or aerospace programs., • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and oral)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)., • Experience with configuration management, SharePoint/knowledge management systems, and project scheduling tools is preferred., • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate across multiple stakeholders., • Must be eligible to obtain an FAA-issued PIV card. Education: • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field and 20 years relevant experience. Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US. The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidates education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, compensation may be influenced by applicable Federal Government contract labor categories and established contract wage rates.
