We respect your time on the road and your time off it.The Compensation PackageWe provide a transparent pay structure with multiple ways to increase your weekly income:Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 to get you started.High Mileage Pay: $0.80 – $0.85 CPM (based on experience).Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,750Top Earners $1,900Weekly Miles: 1,500-1,700 consistent miles per week.Stop Pay: $20 (1st stop), $35 (2nd stop), $50 (3rd+ stops).NYC Premium: $65 for Long Island deliveries (plus, NYC is optional!).Paid: layover, breakdown, and detention—we value your time. Route & EquipmentOperating Area: Regional Northeast (Lanes primarily from Northern NC to Maine, reaching west into Eastern Ohio).Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight. A mix of live loads and pre-loaded trailers.Home Time: You will be home every Saturday and Sunday. No "extended" weeks out; enjoy a consistent 34-hour reset with your family. Job RequirementsLicense: Active Class A CDL.Age: Must be 21 years or older.Experience: Minimum 3 months of recent experience behind the wheel of a 40ft or longer combination vehicle.Safety Record: Clean MVR and background—no DUI or SAP involvement within the last 5 years.Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.Parking: Must have a secure location to park the truck and trailer during home time.
