An established and leading Precision Timing & Frequency Technology Firm, are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic The maintenance/manufacturing mechanic will be maintaining and repairing industrial machinery within a production facility, including performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, replacing worn parts, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. Summary: • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks on building systems, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and fire safety equipment., • Perform scheduled lubrication and filter changes on machinery., • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections., • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals to understand equipment operation and repair procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Disassemble and reassemble machinery to access components for repair., • Replace worn or damaged parts, including bearings, belts, gears, and seals., • Perform adjustments and alignments on machinery., • Repair and maintain pneumatic & electrical systems., • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components., • Perform minor repairs including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor electrical issues, patching drywall, and fixing minor carpentry issues. Qualifications: • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals, • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments, • Basic understanding of electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems Salary: Up to 80k base (can go higher for the right person) Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health Insurance, Dental and Vision and 401K.
