Responsibilities for Help Desk Technician • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and direct messaging., • Document employee interactions, • Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty, • Assist with network access, and computer hardware issues, • Computer Science Major or similar course of study, • Available Monday – Friday 12;30 pm– 5:00 pm, • Proficiency with MacOS, Windows and IOS, • Excellent oral communication skills, • Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets, • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required.
