Job Description Preconstruction Bid Coordinator - Commercial Construction Salary - Depends on Experience My client a well respected Construction company in the Northern NJ market is seeking to add a Bid Coordinator to their growing staff. Key Responsibilities * Assist the estimating team throughout the bidding process * Set up projects and maintain project directories in Procore * Manage subcontractor prequalification documents and database * Upload and track plans, specifications, and project documents * Prepare and distribute bid packages and invitations to subcontractors * Monitor subcontractor participation to ensure adequate bid coverage * Track RFIs between subcontractors and the design team * Maintain organized project files and accurate project data * Support scope reviews and estimate submissions * Conduct follow-up communication with subcontractors after bid awards Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience using Procore preferred * Strong computer and organizational skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proactive and accountable work style * High School Diploma or GED required * Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United State Key words: construction management, civil engineer, Hospitals, Healthcare,electrical engineer, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, retail commercial, Medical Facitlity, Pharma, institutional, gaming, schools, site superintendent, estimator, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager, construction superintendent, construction project manager, punch list, estimating, bidding, construction, general contractor, construction management, project executive Company DescriptionLibertyjobs.com has become an essential destination site for experienced job seekers.
