We are based in Parsippany, NJ, with clients across the United States. As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent Software Engineer to help analyze, design, and modify business needs and requirements. Job Overview The Software Engineer will be responsible for the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. • Frontend (Angular):, • Develop responsive, modular components using Angular (v8+), RxJS, and form validation., • Implement dynamic dashboards, patient-facing interfaces, and secure workflows., • Backend (.NET Core):, • Build RESTful APIs and microservices with .NET Core for critical healthcare data flows., • Integrate business logic with identity providers, RBAC, and audit-compliant architecture., • Database (SQL Server):, • Designed and optimized stored procedures, indexes, and ETL scripts for high-volume data., • Ensured PHI protection through encryption, masking, and secure access controls., • Cloud (Azure):, • Deployed applications using Azure App Services, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines., • Utilized Azure SQL, Storage, and monitoring tools for reliability and compliance., • Agile Collaboration & Ownership:, • Led features from design to deployment in Agile sprints, collaborating with QA, PMs, and business analysts., • Participated in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement practices., • Healthcare Compliance & Domain Focus:, • Developed HIPAA-compliant modules and integrated with EMR/EHR systems., • Experience in Angular, Microsoft .NET, Framework 4.0 OR above, C#, ASP.NET Core, ADO.NET, Web API, MS SQL., • Excellent written and verbal communication., • Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality., • Ability to organize and plan work independently., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment., • Ability to multitask and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams, • Able to train peers, software engineers, and support team members., • Able to work in our office in Parsippany, NJ,, • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, preferredQualifications, • Minimum of 5+ years of experience required, Key Competencies Communicates effectively– Attentively listens to others, provides timely and helpful information, and is effective in a range of professional settings.
