Responsibilities A Branch & Community Development Manager is responsible for strategic implementation of business development plans to drive branch growth and profitability, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to acquire and retain customers, and developing ongoing partnerships with internal and external business partners. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus.
