Job Description SUMMARY Lead a 12–15-month, full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA program as the primary IT Project Manager. You’ll drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality across Finance and Supply Chain workstreams, own integration delivery with surrounding enterprise systems, and guide the project from planning through cutover and stabilization. This hybrid contract role offers executive visibility, autonomy to shape delivery, and the chance to leave a measurable impact on a modern S/4HANA landscape. RESPONSIBILITIES • Own end-to-end delivery of an SAP S/4HANA implementation across Finance and Supply Chain, from mobilization through go-live and hypercare., • Establish and manage integrated plans, scope, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reporting., • Coordinate internal teams, external SAP partners, and integration vendors to keep deliverables aligned and on time., • Direct integration strategy and execution between S/4HANA and adjacent platforms (e.g., CRM, MES, WMS, legacy), defining data flows and performance expectations., • Oversee system and integration testing cycles, defect triage, and readiness for cutover., • Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and escalate risks with clear options and impacts., • Ensure functional and technical outcomes support end-to-end business processes in Finance and Supply Chain., • Lead stakeholder communications, change management support, training coordination, and organizational readiness activities., • Plan and run cutover, guide go-live command center activities, and transition to steady-state support. QUALIFICATIONS Required: • 6+ years of IT project management experience, including 2–3 full lifecycle SAP ERP (Private Cloud) implementations., • Hands-on leadership of S/4HANA projects covering Finance and Supply Chain (procurement, inventory, production planning, order fulfillment)., • Proven delivery of enterprise integrations between SAP and other applications., • Strong command of SAP Activate or similar implementation methodology., • Excellent stakeholder communication, vendor management, and executive reporting skills., • Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, and/or Smartsheet. Preferred: • PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Agile/Scrum certification., • S/4HANA or module expertise in FI, MM, SD, or PP., • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or Informatica.
