Job Description Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician (MAVT)/ Motor Assistance Vehicle Operator (MAVO) SUMMARY: The Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician/Operator (MAVT/MAVO) is responsible for all aspects of patients’ care within the scope of certification. Essential Job Functions The Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician/Operator (MAVT/MAVO) is an integral part of the Virgo transportation team. In this position the MAVT/MAVO transports ambulatory patients to and from residences and or skilled nursing facilities to medical treatments and or appointments, and then return them. Some of the patients are able to ambulate to our vehicles while other must be moved in their wheelchairs, or are able to move on their electric scooters. No person is to ride the lift while standing, or on the electric scooter. The patients are placed in a wheelchair to go up on the lift, and they are moved inside and secured to the vehicle either on the bench seat or in the wheelchair. Should there be an aide or family member accompanying the patient, they must be secured in the vehicle as well. The MAVT/MAVO must check to see if any belongings or paperwork must accompany the patient for the transport, and then ensure that it gets dropped off with the patient. For each trip the appropriate documentation must be filled out, and where required, obtain the necessary signatures from the patient and /or facility. In the event monies are to be collected at time of service, a receipt is to be filled out and a copy given to the patient, or the person accompanying the patient. The MAVT/MAVO must be capable of good oral communications as for every leg of the trip dispatch must be communicated with, as to alert them to the status of the transport. In addition should any incident occur dispatch must be notified in a timely manner. The vehicle being used for any particular shift must be checked both prior and post usage for mechanical operations, fluids, and general cleanliness. The MAVT/MAVO must be able to utilize maps in order to locate facilities or residences that they are not aware of, with the assistance of dispatch. At the conclusion of the MAVT’s/MAVO's shift they must turn in the appropriate paperwork, and monies collected. Job Summary The Trade Marketing Sr Specialist is responsible for executing Safilo’s Trade Marketing strategy across all brands within key accounts and retail partners in North America. Main role is delivering retail and in store marketing programs, supporting sales teams and optimizing the marketing budget. Additionally, this role includes strong collaboration with BOSS global teams to adapt BOSS and HUGO eyewear collections—ensuring product assortments, positioning, and marketing materials are aligned to the needs of the North American market. Key Responsibilities: Trade Marketing & Retail Execution • Implement Trade Marketing plans across key accounts and retail partners., • Adapt global product and collection direction for the North American market., • Deliver POS materials, retail tools, and customized solutions to support sell‑through., • Maintain seasonal activation calendars and ensure on‑time execution. Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Brand Management, and Global Teams to ensure cohesive execution., • Provide market insights, trends, and competitive analysis to inform planning. Project & Budget Management • Manage and track the Trade Marketing budget for North America., • Maintain Excel‑based budget tools and ensure accurate forecasting., • Oversee project timelines, vendor coordination, and installation schedules. Sales & Key Account Support • Align retail marketing activities with sales priorities and commercial targets., • Support key account meetings, line reviews, and commercial events as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field., • 3+ years of Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing experience., • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills., • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint., • Ability to analyze trends, retail performance, and market data., • Ability to travel to key accounts as required., • Graphic design skills (Adobe or similar) considered a plus.
