Responsibilities Enter and maintain inventory data to generate accurate inventory reports Process and coordinate FedEx and UPS shipments, including preparing labels and tracking shipments Provide customer service by responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with order status, shipment tracking, and general inquiries Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure customer requests and operational needs are handled efficiently Experience Prior office experience, front desk operations, or administrative experience is preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong basic math skills and attention to detail Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
