Job DescriptionPosition Summary:This position acts as Brock Built Homes field representative in charge of all or part of the production phase in assigned projects/communities. The builder manages all activities of company members, trade contractors, material suppliers and inspectors within the assigned community. The Builder oversees the construction of all homes in assigned community and to be the responsible party for ensuring that each home meets Brock Built Homes quality goals and is completed within budget and on schedule. The builder is responsible for managing the customer’s expectations from contract through closing and warranty.
