Job DescriptionSUMMARY Residential program for adult residents which are state inmates classified to a work release/substance abuse program. Staff is accountable to carry out assigned duties relating to the treatment and security of the residence and residents while following establish protocols and procedures approved by NJAC and the NJ Department of Corrections. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: • A Licensed Clinical Social Worker professionally applies social work methods and theory to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of psychosocial dysfunction, impairment, or disability, including mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders for individuals and groups. The main responsibility of a clinical social worker is to oversee the screening of medical records, conduct interviews and assessments and approve set treatment goals., • He/she shall have primary responsibility for assisting with the coordination of all psychosocial services under the general direction of the Clinical Program Director. In accordance with policies, procedures and protocols established by NJAC standards of practice and other licensing and certificate regulatory agencies requirements., • Responsible for assessing problems and determining appropriate types and methods of treatment, and implementing intervention methodologies; acts as Clinical Program Counselor to staff members with or without professional training; functions in such areas as counseling, substance abuse treatment, and family services., • Provide in-service presentations to staff as needed or required., • Perform short term counseling and crisis intervention as necessary., • Review and evaluate recent psychosocial health research and interpret it to professionals and clients., • Assist in the assessment, planning, arranging, and implementing of psychosocial treatment programs., • Work directly with the Treatment Coordinator to oversee the satisfactory content of education and counseling programs for both individual clients and groups of clients., • Clinically supervise staff social workers seeking clinical social work licensure and social work interns., • Participation in weekly treatment team meetings. Job DescriptionSalary: $100,000-$140,000 DOE Clariem, an independently owned management consulting firm, is seeking a Pharma Marketing Consultant with experience in Product Launch to join its team in North America. This is an exciting client facing opportunity that will deliver value to Clariem clients and will be pivotal to building Clariems Life Sciences consulting practice. It requires a no-nonsense pragmatic attitude and the ability to handle the complexity of product launch in a complex organizational environment. The primary, immediate focus of the consultant is to be a critical team member of an ongoing consulting engagement at a Global Pharma Client. In this role you will join Clariems current on-site team and the clients senior executives. Ideal candidates are hands-on individuals with 5-7 years of relevant experience (management consulting + Pharma) with strong behavioral skills. This is a contract position with potential transition to full-time employment after 90 days. It is a hybrid role and preference will be given to candidates who reside in Greater Toronto or Metro New York Areas. Support client and Clariem leadership team to generate thought leadership materials., • Practice Building: Work with Clariem team to execute the Pharma practice building activities e.g., insights development, thought leadership materials creation etc. About 20% of the effort is expected on practice building, while 80% on client project delivery. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing strategy experience. Management consulting and pharma industry is preferred, • Experience in Pharma commercial environment, e.g., brand planning, promotion, product launch, • Proven client facing experience in management consulting projects, • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Technology, or healthcare., • Great listening, communication (written and spoken) and project management skills are critical to success in this role, • Very strong PowerPoint skills and business writing skills, • Candidate needs to be a self-starter / responsive and self-organized, • Ability to understand the strategic context and hands-on / operationally efficient, • Ability to add value in a highly visible, sensitive, and fast-paced work environment Start Date: March 15
