Job DescriptionPosition Title: Registered Nurse – Unit Manager (LTC) Location: Falmouth, ME 04105 Duration: 13 Weeks Compensation & Schedule • Pay Rate: $60 – $68/hour (based on experience), • Schedule: Monday to Friday, • Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), • Hours: 8 hours per shift (~40 hours/week) The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee care coordination, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate resident care in alignment with individualized care plans and facility policies, • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility guidelines, • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes, • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery, • Conduct routine rounds and address resident and family concerns professionally, • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsEducation, • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plusLicensure & Certifications, • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required, • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required, • COVID-19 Vaccination – RequiredExperience, • 0–2 years of RN experience preferred About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
