Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist Status: Full-time, Exempt Salary: $70,000 - $90,000. depending on experience Location: Onsite in Mesa, AZ (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with Hybrid flexibility after 90 day onboarding Job Summary: The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance optimization of targeted marketing campaigns across patient recruitment and business development initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with study teams, business development, and creative resources to develop campaigns that drive enrollment, awareness, and sponsor engagement for ACT, ALH, and VEN. A strong mix of data analysis, strategic messaging, and digital campaign management is essential to this role. Patient Recruitment Campaigns: • Plan, develop, and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for clinical trials across paid media, social, email, and community outreach., • Assist in the creation and editing of visual content (graphics, short videos, etc.) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for paid advertising, • Collaborate with study teams to understand protocol criteria, target demographics, and site-specific needs., • Collaborate with the BD team on outreach campaigns to sponsors and CROs, including email sequences, LinkedIn ads, and conference activations., • Lead campaign planning, execution, and reporting using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Monday.com., • Develop performance dashboards to monitor KPIs across recruitment and BD campaigns., • Manage campaign budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with branding and compliance standards., • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and CRM tools (Monday.com preferred)., • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adjust tone for patient or industry audiences., • Demonstrated success in managing campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships., • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field., • Familiarity with HIPAA and IRB (Institutional Review Board) marketing compliance., • Prior experience in patient recruitment or clinical trial marketing., • Knowledge of feasibility tools, trial databases, or sponsor/CRO marketing strategies., • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, • Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, • Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting, • Health, Dental, Vision (with HSA plans and employer contribution), • 3 weeks PTO, • 5 days Sick Time, • 7 Company holidays + 2 Half-days, • 401K with 6% company match, • Short & Long Term Disability, • Continuing Education, • Able to lift at least 15 lbs., • Able to sit for long periods (at least 50%), • Some interoffice travel may be required with use of company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Must have valid documentation and authorization to work in the U.S. Affirmative Action/EEO statement It is the policy of the Institute for Liver Health DBA Arizona Liver Health and Arizona Clinical Trials to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
