Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to help build and scale the investor communications function at a growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily assets across high-growth U.S. markets. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the firm and its investor partners, supporting reporting, capital raise coordination, and long-term relationship development. The position works closely with executive leadership, acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to ensure transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders. Job Details Key Responsibilities Investor Communications & Relationship Management • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor communications across existing and prospective capital partners, • Manage ongoing engagement with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, • Coordinate quarterly and annual investor reporting packages, • Respond to investor questions regarding portfolio performance, distributions, and strategy updates, • Prepare investor updates summarizing asset performance, portfolio strategy, and market positioning, • Partner with finance and asset management teams to translate operating results into investor-facing materials, • Track distribution schedules and investment-level reporting timelines, • Maintain investor dashboards and reporting infrastructure Capital Raise Support • Assist leadership with capital formation initiatives for new acquisitions and investment vehicles, • Coordinate investor presentations, webinars, and capital partner meetings, • Maintain investor pipeline tracking and CRM data integrity, • Support preparation of pitch decks, offering summaries, and investment highlights Internal Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with acquisitions, finance, asset management, and operations teams, • Help standardize messaging across investment updates and strategic communications, • Improve internal processes related to investor reporting cadence and delivery, • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, or Capital Markets, • Experience supporting communications with limited partners, private investors, or institutional capital sources, • Strong understanding of real estate investment structures (preferred: multifamily or value-add strategies), • Ability to interpret financial performance and translate insights into investor-ready materials, • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with investment-level reporting, • Experience preparing investor updates, performance summaries, or capital raise materials, • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously, • Experience working within a real estate private equity firm, investment sponsor, or vertically integrated owner/operator, • Exposure to investor CRM platforms (Juniper Square, AppFolio Investment Management, IMS, or similar), • Familiarity with waterfall structures, distributions, and equity reporting concepts, • Background supporting capital raises or investor onboarding processes, • Direct exposure to executive leadership and investment strategy, • High visibility across acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams, • Meaningful involvement in capital formation initiatives, • Growing real estate investment platform with active portfolio expansion Interested in hearing more?
