We are looking for a qualified and experienced Field Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at our Southern California HQ located in Anaheim, CA. Position Summary: • Job Title: Field Sales and Business Development Manager - Construction Services (SoCal), • Location: Anaheim, CA, • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships., • Visit local construction sites to identify potential sales opportunities., • Generate new leads and prospects through research, cold calling and networking., • Respond to RFIs, • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and other industry professionals., • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers., • Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients., • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations., • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals., • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process., • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies., • Track and report on sales activities, goals, and results., • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments., • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings., • Showcase, advocate, and market our low voltage products and services to potential clients, • Attain predetermined sales targets and objectives within established timelines, • Recognize customer needs and develop strategies to achieve company sales goals, • Generate and pursue leads to expand the customer base, • Formulate a sales strategy to enhance customer understanding of the company's offerings, spanning Access Control, CCTV, DAS/ERRCS, A/V, structured fiber optic cabling, copper cabling, and wireless solutions, • Collaborate with team members and various departments, including project management and installation teams, to coordinate sales efforts, • Knowledge of Security, Access control, CCTV, Public Safety DAS design and installations., • Understanding of BiCSi and EIA/TIA design criteria and installation standards., • Experience with various construction operations., • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience, • 3 years successful sales experience in low voltage or electrical systems with specific knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, DAS / ERRCS, A/V, structured fiber optic cabling, copper cabling, and wireless solutions, • Ability to quickly identify and qualify opportunities, • High degree of self-discipline with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment, • Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers, • Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, • Must be self-motivated, success driven, have strong organizational and negotiating skills, a multi-tasker, reliable, self-determined and have excellent follow-up skills, • Valid driver's license, • Must be proficient in the use and application of industry-related equipment including MS Office., • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance, • 401K, • Vacation and Personal Time, • Health / dental insurance, • Fast-Paced and Friendly Work Environment, • Constant Training, • Opportunity to Work With the Latest and Greatest Technology in the Industry, • Great Work-Life Balance, • Salary Based on Experience and Performance If you meet the qualifications and are excited to join a dynamic team in the telecommunications industry at our Anaheim, CA headquarters, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and skills.
