Job Description Upcycle USA is seeking an Account Manager with experience in sales and customer service to manage client relationships and oversee the IT asset disposition (ITAD) process. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive business growth and ensure constant communication and relationship development with our clients. Key Responsibilities • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their ITAD needs and providing tailored solutions., • Account Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including collection, data destruction, and reporting. Know your customer!, • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to develop ITAD strategies that focus on mutually beneficial solutions., • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns related to asset disposition while maintaining high service levels., • Experience: Background in Account Management and Inside Sales., • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships., • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and asset management tools., • Industry Leadership: Work for a company known for its commitment to security, compliance, and sustainability in IT asset disposition., • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement within a growing industry., • Competitive Compensation & Benefits:, • Base salary + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses Interested candidates should submit their resume.
