This role will provide consultative and concierge-level recruitment services with a primary focus on recruiting, screening, and sourcing candidates for Information Technology Services, including electronic medical health record (EMR/EHR) team members and other IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume IT recruitment, strong knowledge of healthcare technology roles, and the ability to develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top technical talent. This position will work closely with IT leadership and executives to address critical staffing needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a long-term temporary assignment with potential for extension.Key Responsibilities • Provide full-cycle recruitment services for Information Technology Services positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for technical roles, • Recruit specifically for electronic medical health record (EMR/EHR) system team members including analysts, consultants, trainers, and technical specialists, • Work directly with IT leadership and executives to understand staffing needs, occupational specifications, job duties, qualifications, and technical skill sets required for active positions, • Post jobs using multiple sourcing techniques across various platforms to identify qualified active and passive IT candidates, • Utilize advanced recruitment resources including social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), external job boards, technical forums, and personal networking to source candidates, • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies including targeted marketing campaigns, career event planning, internal referral programs, and database management, • Identify optimal candidates with targeted compensation expectations and appropriate technical credentials and certifications for healthcare IT positions, • Maintain accurate records regarding all recruitment efforts, current candidate statuses, and onboarding queue information in applicant tracking system, • Submit regular reports to HR leadership and IT service lines for evaluation of recruitment effectiveness and metrics, • Create and maintain relationships with strong candidates to build talent pipeline for future IT openings, • Promote and maintain relationships with external candidate sourcing venues including technical schools, coding bootcamps, professional associations, user groups, and healthcare IT conferences, • Screen candidates for technical competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values, • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, • Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage candidate experience through offer acceptance, • Communicate professionally and timely with colleagues, business clients, and candidates throughout recruitment process, • Support HR leadership in establishing organizational retention goals, objectives, and strategies for IT talentRequired Skills & Experience, • Experience: Minimum 5 years of high-volume Information Technology recruitment experience, specifically recruiting for electronic medical health record (EMR/EHR) team members for a large organization, • Healthcare IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare IT roles, EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.), and technical positions in hospital systems, • ATS Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows, • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, • Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search techniques, • Technical Understanding: Ability to screen candidates for technical competencies and understand IT skill requirements, • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, • Customer Service: Proactive customer service approach with ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing deadlines, • Team Building: Strong team building and collaboration skills with ability to partner effectively with IT leadership, • Decision-Making: Sound judgment and decision-making abilities in candidate evaluation and selection, • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyPreferred Skills & Experience, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, • Professional recruitment certifications (AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar), • Experience recruiting for specific EMR/EHR systems such as Epic (with Epic certification knowledge), Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts, • Knowledge of healthcare IT terminology, roles, and certifications (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CHPS, etc.), • Experience with healthcare compliance requirements and credentialing processes, • Familiarity with IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.), • Experience developing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns, • Background in consulting or agency recruitment environment, • Understanding of healthcare operations and hospital information systems, • Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and building inclusive talent pipelines, • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and other technical job boardsWork Schedule & Details, • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am -
