SUMMARY The Field Services department has an immediate need for a highly adaptable and thorough individual to serve in a key support capacity. This role offers a breadth of responsibilities critical to the effectiveness of our field operations. Core functions will involve in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for process optimization and strategic decision-making, careful management of procurement activities to secure essential materials and services, and diligent monitoring of vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards and operational readiness. Furthermore, this position will entail the execution of various supplementary tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to navigate diverse assignments within a fast-paced setting. POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position located in our Murfreesboro, TN, location. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required. • Collaborate with the Warehouse & Procurement Analyst to ensure the appropriate stock levels and timely delivery of key items for Installation & Repair, and our Facilities/Wireless team., • Ensure all team members are issued and complete their mandatory annual safety training requirements within the calendar year., • Oversee the completion, implementation, and maintenance of DVIR procedures and standards for the department's fleet, and coordinate vehicle maintenance based on findings., • Track and report DVIR compliance metrics., • Utilize eLations+ to extract and analyze data to create and distribute regular and scheduled reports as requested., • Develop and maintain report templates and ensure data accuracy and integrity., • Foster alignment among team members across the organization to ensure everyone is on track., • Track the progress of annual goals to verify completion timelines are met and all milestones are recorded accurately., • Coordinate training schedules and resources and track employee participation and progress., • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain Smartsheet solutions for project management, task tracking, and data visualization, while also providing training on its effective use and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all sheets., • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence, while assisting with department projects., • Maintain accurate records/documentation and participate in team meetings. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • 3+ in telecommunications, fiber optics, infrastructure deployment, or related fields, preferred, • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required., • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a technical or operations setting, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. Requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Also requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and advanced data analysis and reporting skills., • Demonstrates high ethical standards, a strong work ethic with team commitment, respect for others, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Possesses excellent technical communication skills to articulate complex situations clearly, an understanding of process standardization for documentation, and the ability to create analyses and presentations., • Exhibits self-motivation, detail-orientation, and organizational skills to work efficiently. Has the ability to solve problems with a positive approach and an interest in a dynamic technology environment. Includes the ability to operate service and office equipment and knowledge of intermediate mathematics and consumer electronics.
