(BTI) is seeking a Full-Time Scrum Master to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. If located 50+ miles outside of Huntsville, AL Remote Work is authorized If located within 49 miles of Huntsville, AL Hybrid Work is authorized (1 day working onsite with 4 days telework) Responsibilities • Facilitates the scrum ceremonies and agile methodology for the development/test team, • Guide the team in effectively employing Agile/Scrum practices and principles to create value and increase customer and client satisfaction, • Assist with gathering of requirements and creation of user stories, • Escalates impediments, risks and helps promote value delivery and drive improvement, • Provide status reports communicating risk with transparency, • Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team, • Helps define Acceptance Criteria for User Stories, • Validates Definition of Ready so stories are ready to be worked in a sprint, • Maintains Team Backlog and Sprint Backlog, • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into data and technical requirements To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications listed below: • Prior Agile process experience in a Scrum Master, • Scrum Master Certification is a Requirement, • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Ability to prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models, • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum, • Exceptional business relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and present to users and management within the organization, • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into data and technical requirements, • Experience with cross-functional collaboration between business partners and technical teams, • Attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems., • Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions., • Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills, • Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict This position requires a minimum of 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience with a Master's Degree Education/Certifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree Security Clearance • This position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance government security clearance as a condition for placement and continued employment.
