We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Business Growth & Client Relations Specialist to help expand our reach, build strong partnerships, and advance our mission of supporting the people who keep our industries moving. Position Summary The Business Growth & Client Relations Specialist is responsible for expanding the organization’s reach by cultivating partnerships, securing new EAP contracts, and promoting the company’s services to unions, employers, and community partners. This role combines business development, relationship management, and marketing outreach to drive sustainable growth and strengthen our mission of supporting employee well-being across diverse workplaces. MUST RESIDE IN ARIZONA. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with unions, employers, and organizations that align with the company’s mission., • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through consistent communication, presentations, and engagement., • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and community events to increase visibility and brand awareness., • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to potential partners., • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, clinical services) to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new accounts., • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for expansion., • Track outreach activities, leads, and business growth metrics using CRM or other tracking tools., • Contribute to marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives that promote EAP services and success stories., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)., • 10+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or partnership management — preferably within an EAP, healthcare, behavioral health, or HR services environment., • Proven ability to build strong relationships and close partnership agreements., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Knowledge of labor relations, union environments, or employer-based wellness programs is highly desirable., • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision., • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace)., • Strategic Thinking, • Relationship Building, • Communication & Presentation Skills, • Initiative & Results Orientation, • Collaboration & Teamwork, • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, • Health, dental, and vision benefits, • Flexible PTO, • Professional development and training opportunities
