Job Description Job SummaryThe Area Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple customer locations by delivering high-quality service and operational support. This role requires adaptability, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities including mailroom operations, document services, hospitality support, and site coordination. The position works closely with management to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency across assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities • Support daily operations across multiple customer sites, including mailroom services, shipping and receiving, reproduction services, and hospitality support, • Assist with conference room setup, reception services, and general site coordination, • Provide operational coverage across locations for absences, training, or business needs, • Act as a key member of the service team by supporting contracted services and ensuring service delivery standards are met, • Assist management with process improvements, procedural validation, and compliance with operational best practices, • Support onboarding and cross-training of team members and contribute to knowledge sharing, • Maintain and review site procedure guides to ensure accuracy and compliance, • Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards, • Collect and provide feedback to improve customer and operational experiences, • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction, • Escalate customer concerns as needed and support resolution through completion, • Assist in data collection and reporting for operational reviews, • Travel between multiple customer locations as required to support operations, • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 12 months of related work experience, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships, • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support problem resolution, • Basic math skills and attention to detail, • Experience in mailroom operations, document services, or administrative support, • Experience in multi-site or field support roles, • Familiarity with service delivery operations and customer support processes, • Experience supporting process improvements and operational best practices Education: High School Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
