Akkodis is seeking a Enterprise Program Manager for 06+Months CTH position with our Direct Client located in Denver, CO (Hybrid- 2nd and 4th week of the month in office M-Th). Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Description: • A Program Manager with strong systems fluency and transformation capability., • The backfill should be:, • Enterprise Program Manager (Systems & Transformation Focus), • Level: Senior Individual Contributor, • Reports to: Senior Enterprise Program Manager, • And fully accountable for enterprise program orchestration., • Cross-Functional Workstream Leadership, • Direct and coordinate BSA, Architecture, IT Delivery, and Change workstreams within assigned programs, • Ensure business requirements, technical design, system build, and enablement activities are sequenced and aligned, • Hold workstream leads accountable to enterprise milestones, • Resolve cross-workstream dependencies and escalation points, • Ensure no siloed execution across business and technical teams, • Business & Organizational Readiness, • Coordinate UAT planning with BSA and IT, • Partner with Change Management PM to ensure adoption readiness, • Ensure operating model impacts are defined and documented, • Validate that process, reporting, and controls are aligned before go-live, • Track benefit realization post-launch, • Update Required Skills, • Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream enterprise initiatives, • Experience directing business analysts and change leads within a structured program environment, • Strong systems fluency and ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology, • Experience delivering enterprise systems implementations or process transformations Position Summary The Program Manager, Enterprise Programs is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives under the direction of the Senior Enterprise Program Manager. This role serves as the program-level integrator across business operations, enterprise systems, architecture, IT delivery, and change enablement. The Program Manager is accountable for milestone rigor, cross-functional sequencing, business readiness, and outcome realization across assigned programs. While technical system build and delivery are owned by the Technology organization, this role ensures business alignment, enterprise coordination, and measurable impact across all workstreams. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Program Leadership • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise programs, • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and dependency maps, • Ensure structured execution across business and technical workstreams, • Drive disciplined adherence to the enterprise execution model, • Provide clear program status reporting, risk transparency, and escalation management Cross-Functional Workstream Integration • Direct and integrate workstreams across:, • Business Systems Analysts (BSA), • Solutions Architecture, • Technical Program Management (IT delivery), • Change Management / Enablement, • Ensure requirements, technical design, system build, testing, and enablement activities are sequenced and aligned, • Hold workstream leads accountable to enterprise milestones, • Identify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and risks, • Prevent siloed execution across business and technology teams Business & Systems Coordination • Translate strategic objectives into executable, cross-functional delivery plans, • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined prior to IT handoff, • Partner with the Technical Program Manager to align business milestones with system delivery sequencing, • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and business validation activities, • Ensure operating model, reporting, controls, and process impacts are defined and addressed prior to go-live Risk & Issue Management • Proactively identify program-level risks across business and technical domains, • Maintain comprehensive risk and issue logs with clear ownership, • Facilitate structured resolution of escalations, • Escalate critical risks to Senior Enterprise Program Manager with recommended action plans Change & Adoption Alignment • Partner with Change Management PM to ensure adoption strategies align with program milestones, • Coordinate readiness assessments, training plans, and stakeholder communications, • Support organizational enablement to drive sustained impact Outcome & Value Realization • Define measurable program success criteria aligned to business outcomes, • Monitor milestone performance and benefit realization post-implementation, • Ensure programs deliver measurable operational, financial, or strategic impact Required Skills & Competencies • Strong enterprise program management experience in cross-functional environments, • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives spanning business and technology, • Strong systems fluency and understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, or similar platforms), • Experience partnering closely with IT delivery teams, • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, • Strong organizational discipline and follow-through, • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, • Clear, structured communicator capable of engaging executive and operational audiences Enterprise Program Management Model Program Manager owns: • Overall program plan, • Milestones, • Cross-functional sequencing, • Business readiness, • Risk register, • Status reporting, • Requirements definition, • Current/future state mapping, • Functional documentation, • Architecture validation, • Integration design, • Jira tracking, • Technical delivery execution, • Offshore coordination, • Enablement strategy, • Training, • Adoption, • Stakeholder readiness, • The Program Manager integrates all of it.
