Job Description Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist Location: Broomfield, CO Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Join a Growing Manufacturing Team Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong inventory management skills? We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support a rapidly expanding manufacturer of access control and security products in Broomfield, CO. Key Responsibilities • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records using NetSuite., • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments., • Prepare, pack, and coordinate outgoing shipments., • Stock materials and organize inventory to ensure efficient warehouse operations., • Supply production teams with materials needed to support daily manufacturing activities., • Perform inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits., • Support process improvements and help establish efficient warehouse workflows., • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience., • Strong experience in inventory control., • Experience operating a pallet jack., • Experience using inventory or ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred., • Ability to work independently and effectively in an environment with evolving processes and priorities., • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy., • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
